In many cases we are able to replicate rings and other jewelry based on pictures provided by our customers. For custom design pricing please send the pictures and any additional information you have about the ring to sales *AT* moissaniteco.com, and we would be happy to quote pricing. Please note that while in most cases we are able to provide quotes within 1 business day, in some cases additional research may be required in order to provide a quote. We are not able to replicate copyrighted designs from Tacori, Ritani, and Verragio.
When sending the custom quote requests, if applicable, please include:
- center stone size/shape
- type of side stones
- metal type
- ring size
- any pictures of the ring you would like created or replicated
Once you have received a quote, if accepted, to initiate the custom design process a down payment is required (typically $100 - $150). The actual custom design process is outsourced to some of the best jewelry design/manufacturing companies in the US (Adwar Casting and Unique Settings of NY), and the down payment covers the design fee charged by the designer. The initial design process typically takes approximately 1 - 1.5 weeks. Once completed, we will email CAD renderings of the new design to see and approve of. We have included many examples below of rings we have made for customers this year. If any changes need to be made to the new design, they will be communicated to the designer, the changes will be made, and new CAD renderings will be sent to the customer for approval. Once approved, it takes about 2 - 2.5 weeks to print the CAD, create the new mold, cast and finish the new jewelry item. Unfortunately there is no rush service offered for full custom designs.
